Once we have assigned a barcode, we cannot then take it back into our pool and resell it to other customers. Therefore, we can\u2019t provide refunds for any old reason. Having said that, there are some circumstances where we are likely to consider refunding your money<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you discover a store that we don\u2019t list on our <a href=\"http:\/\/surinamebarcodes.com\/barcode-acceptance\/\">barcode acceptance page<\/a>, that won\u2019t accept our barcodes (and are able to provide written statements from the store regarding this), then we will refund the amount paid, provided you contact us within 3 weeks of your purchase and you sign up to GS1 in your country (and show us proof of your GS1 membership).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We won&#8217;t refund if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are expecting to receive barcodes with your country code, but don\u2019t necessarily need them. We explain that our barcodes begin with a \u201807\u2019 or \u201806\u2019 on our website in various places, including on our <a href=\"http:\/\/surinamebarcodes.com\/faq\/\">FAQ page<\/a>, our <a href=\"http:\/\/surinamebarcodes.com\/difference-between-ean-13-and-upc-a-barcodes\/\">EAN\/UPC page<\/a> as well as implicitly with the images displayed on the <a href=\"http:\/\/surinamebarcodes.com\/\">home page<\/a>.
